Our cattle are adapted to the Karoo

climate:

  • Heifers calve at 24 months (SA 30 months)

  • Inter Calving Period (ICP) of 370 days (SA 430 days)

  • Strong selection for medium frame cows with excellent condition

Commercial farmers call for no-nonsense and profitable farming:

  • Calving ease in open veld (our breeding values are in top 5% of SA 2023 crop)

  • Mainly polled cattle (89% of cows and heifers are polled)

  • Two bulls on offer are homozygous polled (all offspring will be polled)
